In-home Service


The purpose of in-home services is to give seniors assistance in order for them to remain in their own home. In-home services includes homemaking, personal care, and respite for individuals 60 years or older. Individuals referred to the program will be assessed to see if they qualify.


Homemaking is the performance of routine household tasks to maintain an adequate environment for adults with functional limitations.


Personal Care is in home assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) for an individual including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, preparation of meals, eating and ambulation.


Respite is the provision or companionship, supervision, and/or assistance with activities of daily living (ADL)  in the absence of the primary caregiver.
